Very happy customer with a very snazzy mobility scooter for my mum. It is a lot lighter than her old one and is self folding with two keys and two fobs. Mum is very very happy! Massive thanks to Aiden for an excellent delivery. All round straight forward process. Will definitely recommend the company to friends and family!

Repairs once the initial 6 months are over are horrendous 2 week wait for a flat tire that will be almost £100 they are nice on the phone though for the initial 6 months!! An yes I saved a fortune on my 1st scooter with them due to the pandemic an they not having my requested scooter I received a nice upgrade with free credit 3500 for 2500 sweet not so easy this time lol snap finance makes a grand outta me 3500 cost 4500 🙄

What a machine this drive Royale 4 is , it’s the best I’ve ever had and the seat is amazingly comftable. The whole process from buying and help with the finance to adding the extras was painless.thank you mobility connect.this is my second mobility scooter from you.can’t fault anything ,love it!
The after sales support from this company is absolutely abysmal. If you have any issues, don’t expect a reply to any communication, and certainly any resolution, anytime soon!I have just been through and read some of the reviews on this company, some of which have replies, and I’m waiting for one of those replies to come my way so I can publicly publish all the correspondence I have had with this company.I too have taken out this so called “Platinum” insurance with them but that doesn’t seem to make a bit of difference when it comes to the annual service; yes, i have been dealing with this company for over a year now and still having issues with my £4,000 scooter!I have attached 2 photos of the many I have accumulated over the year, these being the condition my scooter was left in after my service and is the current issue I’m trying to get resolved. In case you wonder, these are the cables which have been ripped apart for the heated seat. Needless to say the heated seat was working fine before the service but now it doesn’t work at all, as you can imagine.It’s about time this company was named and shamed!I feel a Watchdog review coming on…UPDATE: In response to Mobility Connect’s reply, I want to state that the 1* rating isn’t just based on this one incident but over the year as a whole; this just happened to be the most recent incident.

First-class finish, ideal size, smooth and super reliable ride, very fast, comfortable seat, in short… I have no words to describe how satisfied I am and the high quality of the scooter. Service from sale to delivery, super attentive, deadlines met precisely, fast and easy financing.Many thanks to all Mobility Connect employees from the Sales Department; the production line, dispatch and delivery, are a very professional and coordinated team.I recommend everyone to buy their scooter here, with no regrets and no fear!

They were very good, explained everything to me on the phone . The man delivered it and even showed me how to take it apart and put it back together. Then filled out the paperwork and and left , there was plenty of battery life on it so I had a go it was amazing what a difference it makes just what I needed thanx ❤

I have only had one blip with this company, but it was resolved fairly quickly.easy to contact if you have any issues with your scooter, and the repairs are fairly speedy too. I would recommend Mobility Plus 5*

10/10 Service. Honestly couldn’t be happier. I would 100% recommend this company. We called in today and walked out with a happy Dad and a new scooter on its way. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Five star service.
