The after sales support from this company is absolutely abysmal. If you have any issues, don’t expect a reply to any communication, and certainly any resolution, anytime soon!I have just been through and read some of the reviews on this company, some of which have replies, and I’m waiting for one of those replies to come my way so I can publicly publish all the correspondence I have had with this company.I too have taken out this so called “Platinum” insurance with them but that doesn’t seem to make a bit of difference when it comes to the annual service; yes, i have been dealing with this company for over a year now and still having issues with my £4,000 scooter!I have attached 2 photos of the many I have accumulated over the year, these being the condition my scooter was left in after my service and is the current issue I’m trying to get resolved. In case you wonder, these are the cables which have been ripped apart for the heated seat. Needless to say the heated seat was working fine before the service but now it doesn’t work at all, as you can imagine.It’s about time this company was named and shamed!I feel a Watchdog review coming on…UPDATE: In response to Mobility Connect’s reply, I want to state that the 1* rating isn’t just based on this one incident but over the year as a whole; this just happened to be the most recent incident.
