Aftercare

Here at Mobility Connect LTD WE ARE 100% COMMITED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND AFTERCARE. Should you require assistance or need your mobility product repairing then we will help in any way we can.  We believe that our commitment to you shouldn’t end once your product is delivered and that is why we provide unbeatable aftercare services. Our network of dedicated trained engineers are on hand to help you with routine maintenance, difficulties and rectify any problems with your mobility products should they arise.

All Mobility Connect customers are given a standard aftercare package on each and every product you buy from us. If the product is brand new you are entitled to a 2 year manufactures warranty.

If  your product has been purchased reconditioned or second hand you will still receive a 12 month warranty package.

Please be aware, punctures and general wear and tear on tyres are not covered under any standard warranty Package and call out charges will apply.

Our fixed price charges for the Standard aftercare package include:

  • Call out charge £45
  • Puncture Repair £75
